Bro, the world's most easiest way to keep this habbit away from you as i have read in many books is:Try to spend most of your time with the people who are arround you (family an friends) don't spend most of your time while sitting alone..and don't cosider that you infected with this virus(habbit)..and stop paying lot of attention on erotic thingz...and and God Bless You ;-)

Masturbation is normal. Some people have a bigger sex drive then others. Your not going to jeopardize your health by masturbating.
If you really want to stop... when ever you feel the urge, do something else. Go see a friend. Go for a run. Do your chores. Get your mind off of it.
Masturbation actually has some health benefits.

if your hand sex is not causing problems in your daily activities. For example, if your performance at school or work is suffering from your need to masturbate you may need to get help from a sexual addiction councilor.
