Of course... when you allow yourself to think too much it become stress and stress can cause your head to hurt.. Stress can also cause other problems.. so why not walk away from the thought.. take a few very deep breaths...and when you come back to 're' think... maybe the answer will be easier to determine.

Definitely! I tend to get a headache like that and then decide I need a mountain dew. If not a that I will fix me a drink!

i've been suffering from headache for almost a year now.. even went to see a few doctors to cure it.. took medicine.. sadly, that just doesn't work. it's migraine.. so, i would calm my self down to avoid it.. it's really pissing me off at times, since i think a lot..

i think way too much all the time
i think about what i am thinking
and then think if what i am thinking about the way
I am thinking is right or wrong
then i think about what others might think about
the things that i am thinking
sometimes i confuse myself
but yes I stress my brain alot

i do as much as i possibly can, but then i get a headahce and just CAN'T continue
