we had a kitchen floor put in, but the guys rushed at the end and put the fridge and oven on it before it was fully dry. So now we have a few tiles that are loose, and the grout between them is starting to crack. Do I need to replace the thin-set underneath these tiles or can I just regrout around them? Or would a grout sealer do the trick? Thanks for your thoughts.

If the tiles are not even then you'll have to tap them out and redo the thin-set, sorry, but that's the right way.
Actually the guys should be called back. They didn't do the job right in the first place or, did you rush the job and put thing's back ? I've had people do this.

If their loose then remove tiles remove thinset best you can then do it over again and regrout no sense to just grout as the tiles will still be loose so i would just do it over you said it was just a few shouldn't too long
