You buy a computer and the warranty say can change it and 10 month later the store said they will fix it but you have to wait 20 days to get it back.

It is not bad enough that you are having computer problems,than they insult you with the fine print in your warranty.The damn salesman failed to point out at the time of sale,he just tells you what a great item you are purchasing and that is covered under warranty.
