That is the way it works. lol They get you every time with that guarantee! They gurantee it will work or your money back, but the gurantee is never long enough to be any good. Everything seems to have problems after the warranty runs out. Twenty days? I would die without my computer for twenty days! Are they making you pay anything for that?

A good rule of thumb is to never buy anything that sounds to good to be true. It probably is.
Most warranties are dealt with in the manner you are speaking.

what ever the warrantee says. thats the deel. 10 months later its not their fault. call them up be really nice and. If you call every 12 hours you'll eventually be freinds with the repair person.
can't hurt. right? be nice you don't need your pc catching a cold.

Don't bother calling the Better Business Bureau , they are run by big business also. Been there done that.
