Does anyone know if cell phone text messeges can be recovered after deleted? Does the carrier have them "stored" where you can get print outs of what was sent/received? What they said or just the number of texts and or from/to?

The only way they can be recovered is with a subpoena. How long the info is stored by the carrier I'm not sure. But if you look around you will find court cases where text info is used against someone. So unless you have some legal action going you are out of luck.

No - they don't store them anywhere other than the 2 tower's caches (where you dent it from and where the recipient is) for about 30 seconds or so.
