Most of the time I keep it to myself, especially at home where there's nobody I can rely on. However, at school I tend to talk a little bit about my feelings with different people.
In the worst case I become speechless from thinking about it too much, so my lover notices immediately and encourages me to talk. I usually rant it out, although it's always difficult for me to effectively put feelings into words.
He sometimes gets annoyed at me when I'm too harsh, but if I'm calm he will try to help me feel better as much possible. From this I know that letting out my frustration can have both negative and positive consequences.

I try to keep them to myself, if a feel a sudden rush of rage coming on I try to keep myself calm, and think of a rational way to deal with the problem. They've exploded a few times though, when it was just to much garbage to deal with.

No. I confide every detail to my wife and seek her opinion on the event.It gives me enough courage to ward off the effects of frustration.

I mostly do keep my frustrations to myself. But some times i can loose it.

Thats what I do most of the time, unless it becomes unbearable.Then I let it out, mostly on my poor mom.
