For us, the jinx-er would always say
"jinx, padlock!"
To get unjinxed, so you can speak again, you'd have to get someone to say your name three times =D

I still do it occaisonally in the pub.
The un-jinx is to get someone to say your name.
(tricky but amusing to watch after a drink or two)

Well, my brother and I would say to each other, "Jinx! Buy me a Coke!" Then we would launch into this entire routine:
"Inky Pinky, Pinky Winky! Flush it down the kitchen sinky!
Alley Oop! Alley Oop! Goooooo, Pinky! The
King of France, wet his pants, right there at the ballroom dance!
Yodel-lay-hee-hoo! Yodel-lay-hee-hoo!
Nah na-na, na, na; na-na na-na na-na nah! HEY!"
