ok... i have very sore nipples. they seem to get worse every day. there is no possibility that im pregnant because my hubby has been gone for 8 months to iraq... and i had my period 2 weeks ago. could it be that im having an early sign that im gonna start soon? ive never had it happen this painfully. anyone got any ideas???

Yes, sore nipples and breasts can be a clue that the period is coming soon. For the pain you can try using a warm, wet face towel to see if this helps but I would recommend seeing your doctor as well to see what they say.

take some milk cream +glycerin +wheatgerm oil,
and give a gentle massage on nipples.

you may be allergic to your laundry soap or the material in your bra. if you don't wear a bra all the time; it could be friction frome your nipples rubbing against your clothes.
