On the back of your account statement that you receive monthly there should be a form for you to fill out.
List amounts like this:
1. List your Account Register/Checkbook Balance $
2. Subtract any service charges or other deductions not previously recorded that are listed on this statement $
3. Add any credits not previously recorded that are listed
on this statement (for example interest) $
4. This is your New Account Register Balance $
Now, with your Account Statement:
1. List your Statement Ending Balance here $
2. Add any deposits not shown on this statement $
This gives you a Subtotal: $
3. List and total all outstanding checks, ATM, Check
Card an other electronic withdrawels $
$
$
4. Total of Outstanding Checks, ATM, Check Card
and other electronic withdrawels $
5. Substract total outstanding checks, ATM, Check Card and other electronic withdrawels from Subtotal This
Balance should match your new
Account Register Balance $

I've asked the same question to my bank. If they would show me how to. They said yes. Ask yours if this did not help, I'm sure they'll be glad to help.
