It seems that that more I try to be quiet in the morning, the more noise I make. I'm up very early and cannot stay in bed. If I come downstairs say to make coffee, the water goes on, if I go to cook something, pots and pans make noise. I'll go on the computer and the sound level is up etc... any suggestions on how to be quieter so that I don't have to hear, "you make so much noise in the morning."

Turn everything down before turning it on, run water at A lower/slower pace. I had to be quite for 15 yrs. but, my room was downstairs so, I had to walk on egg shells too! :~)
About the pans, get them out the night before and make coffee the night before...It really is easier and quieter to just push A button, on or go.

(I tell my boyfriend to push the go button on the coffee pot when he gets home in the mornings.)

I am an early riser also. Turning on water doesn't make that much noise. You can put pans on the stove without making alot of noise, and make sure the sound is off the computer in the am. The only sound that might disturb someone is the computer being to loud. The other sounds are normal, and if a person is really tired would sleep through the rest of those noises with no problem. Sounds like someone likes to complain, so let them, and say sorry but no more than you do at night.

sleep later? Make sure sound is muted on puter b4 turning it off? Have coffee pot filled with water the night b4 when you go to bed? Use microwave instead of cooking with pots and pans? Invest in earplugs for the complainer or buy them one of those white noise machines so every little pin drop doesn't disturb them?

Get whoever is complaining to you some earplugs from the drugstore. They work like a charm.
