i love swimming so im thinking about using tampons which should i use ?(i'm 12)

When I was using tampons for a time starting from 18 on the brand I used was Ob. The thing I liked about it was that I didn't have to worry about a cardboard applicator (a special round thing to try and help push the tampon inside the vagina).
I would recommend talking to your mom as well to see what she suggests about tampons that would fit you starting out for the first time.

Tampax slender regular is the way to go for you at your age. Very easy to use. Make sure that you read the package insert in the box, It will answer most of your questions. And, if all else fails, talk to mom. She can tell you what you need to know.

Start out with Tampax Slender Regular. They will be thin enough for you to get comfortable with, and the cardboard applicator is easy to use.
