You are just one of those folks like me who seem to have some sort of inbuilt clock and it is running fast !!
I have always had this problem , especially when I worked in the south east and wanted to get up just a bit earlier to beat traffic . So wanting to be up about 6 am it was usually 5 or 5.15. The downside of course is that in the evening I was washed out and was often in bed quite early , a bit of a vicious circle !!
Sorry but if you end up as I did it will not go away !!

Its the Body Clock. If you need to do somethign very important, the body will wake you up. This has happened countless times to me in the past.
Only when you don't want to do something or if its not that important you won't wake up this 1 hour early as you have in the past.

That happens to me .. sort of, on day's I have to work even if it is at 1:00pm I wake up at 7:30 no fail.. but on day's i'm not working my body just knows..
It's all in your mind..

Perhaps you get up to use the bathroom. Try not drinking so much fluid before you get ready for bed.

for the last 5 days in a row ive woken up between 10.24 am - 10.32 am. anywhere within those times.. i woke up 5 days in a row...
