Build a 'Float' with a replica of one of your homes designs and drive it through as many towns & cities as possible for a few weeks. Organise a raffle or whatever for just 50c/50p (appropriate to your country). Grab a local personality to make the draw under the watchful eyes of a local accountancy firm and make sure the media becomes deeply involved. Prize? Well a free home for some well-deserving local person down on their fortune. (Always makes for good press and it's genuine.) Or, a collective discount off homes you are building for the first 10 prize draw winners.
Talk with your local mortgage company and see if they'd be prepared to offer a two year low-rate fixed rate loan to help first-time buyers get on the ladder.
Something along these lines could help your Company enjoy top recognition in the area for a long time. Imagine the pre-present-post publicity this kind of activity can bring. You can always shave some of this down into a format that's cost-effective for your operation.
Best of good fortune whatever you do...

Why not build a house for Habitat in conjunction with the grand opening? I bet you get some free press by doing that. Your Open House could be both in the new facilities and the new charity house.
Congratulations!

finger food, maybe a little showcase of the work you have done in the past, like you can put pictures of the buildings you have built ( maybe make them A3 size or bigger) and dedicate a wall to it, you can even see if you can hire some easels and display the photos as if they are paintings.
if you have any awards you should display them as well in a nice setting.with a bit of light shining on them.
If you can afford it, hire some waiters, otherwise have some people in charge of taking the food and drinks around.
have someone from the (head of the comapany or whover is good at pulic speaking), to give a short 10-maximum 15 minute speech about the company history, goals, and thank evey one for their great business,...
