Not really race but what country they come from.
Like for example, People from Paris are known to be more romantic than lets say...Americans.
So what country do you think produces the most romantic people? and why?

I do not think romance belongs to a certain country language or other. It is up to the particular man or woman. Romance and the love of love comes from the chemistry of the individual. Some people are born with an adoration of being in that love haze, sometimes romantics arent the most romantic on the long haul as some romantics are addicted to that feeling you get when you first meet someone and want to impress them and they take over your mind your senses and you walk around in a haze for weeks. Unfortunately some people are constantly seeking that good feeling. These type of people arent the most reliable or the best people to have relationships with.I find the most romantic person is the person that can wine dine and hold your head over the toilet bowl when you are being sick. That says dedication, that says understanding that says deep love and compassion and that is romance to me..the whole package. Anything less is feathers floating in the wind to me.

Sorry to tell you that they come from all over the world. No country can or should lay claim to that. Like someone above said, you can't rely on "research/survey" that sampled 10 countries out of over 200 world countries.

I don't think it's any particular country... some may feel Paris or Italy b/c of the language spoken there.... I personally feel it's the individual. Yes, it's the individual.
