today my nipple became tender, im not pregnant or brestsfeeding but it feels sore. i think it might be a cloged nippple duct, but i dont know if that can happen if you are not breastfeeding.

Yes, it's possible but if you are waiting for your period to come the nipple can become tender and sore in the weeks before the period. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

I wouldn't worry yet... wait for your period because nipple tenderness and pain are common pms syptoms. As long as there is no discharge that is.
