Ok- new rules! First of all you are not aloud to put more than one Pokemon in your answer. You can only put one and that is it. If you do put let's say two, or three, then even if you are right, you won't be chosen. This is to make it harder, and fairer for everyone else. Ok, now that I'm done with rules, let's go:
1) Dual type
2) It can learn Fly
3) It can also learn Water Gun

Pelipper / Wingull. Both are dual type (Water,Flying), both can learn fly and water gun.
