Camel milk are said to very high fat content and it contains more Vit. C than of the cow's milk. It is usually drunk fresh or made into cheese.

The taste varies depending on what the camel eats and how much water it drinks. The taste can be sweet and sharp,salty, or just a watery taste. It has a high pH and it increases its acidity when left to stand. A little shake makes the milk very frothy.

Camels produces milk abundantly and there are plans of using camel milk in extensive dairy productions for marketing. It said that it will be available in European markets soon. Austria produces a milk chocolate product using powdered camel milk.

i only know that camels have milk and u can drink it

Camels are domestic animals. In the mideast people milk them, use their hides, eat them, ride them........ Just think of them as desert cows/horses mix.
