If you did it to get out of support and they can prove it. You might even do a little jail time.

No because you were not the father back then. You only have to pay for the time that you were determined to be the father. I hope you didn't say no to paternity tests years ago. This can be bad!

It depends on the circumstances of your case.
If it is clear that you knew all along that you're the father, yes, you can be found to owe child support from the date of birth.

I think Maryland they can go back 10 years for child support.
