Do you tell them if you preferred the old one or are thrilled that they finally changed?

yup i do notice changes in avataars n i do comment on it

I don't consider avatars as part of the reason I answer questions plus I do not participate that much to keep up with who is who so it really isn't a big deal when a person decides to change avatars. I have had this one since the beginning and see no reason to change it.

only people that i see around a lot, i would only tell my close contacts if i thought their old one was better, but most of them have pretty original avatars that they would never change to any extreme, or they are just the Yahoo! avatars that would be an improvement if they changed them

Usually I notice........depends if I like their new one better or their old one better......I changed......no ones mentioned it yet though....but maybe that's because I've been a red X for the last 2 weeks!
