If you really loaded Vista on your PSP, doubts exist the machine could even function. One: any version of Windows does NOT load on PSP because its impossible.

you have not downloaded vista. you installed a flash vista portal. it only looks like vista.

but yes, you can install an official windows on the psp.. windows95. it does take 20+ minutes to load though.
