Rescue Remedy by Bach - in most health food store (I don't know about GNC) there is cream and drops - some say very powerful


Also look up Valerian capsules

get a massage and definately take a day or two off.you are not indespensible, let go of the reins for a minute. take care of yourself.

I don't know about you but I drink one glass of wine before bed, it relaxes me and lets me sleep better.
