I recieved an court order to pay a money judgement or move out by a certain date. The court order stated that the landlord has right to possession. I am trying to understand what the judge is really saying. Once I pay the amount stated on the court order will I still be evicted or will this stop the eviction because I paid the amount before the date stated to pay or move out of the premises...Real answers please!

The court has to give whats called a grace period. You have to the date to come up with the money or be moved out by that date, the next step is the police can remove you from the property with in 24 hours if you do not follow the court order.

The first answer is correct.

It depends on what the landlord asked for, and what the court actually ordered -- you may have been ordered to pay past rent and still have been evicted -- or the landlord could have asked for one or the other, and the court passed that choice on to you -- "pay or leave" (no need to do both).

It would all depend on the wording of the order. Most likely you can stay once you pay the amount, but we can't be sure unless you post the exact language.
