Is it posible to "break" a dishwasher and a refrigerator enough that they would have to be replaced, but it would need to be done in such a manor that the repair man could not be able to tell it was done on puropse.

My wife won't let me get new appliances until they break. I'd like to get her a new frige and d.w. for x-mas. She'll be home when the repair man arrives so I need to be able to break them in such a way so the repairman won't tell they had been tampered with.

It seems to me you've asked this on here before awhile ago. You'd better stop it. Someone is going to get your ISO number and get your address form it and track you down. This is illegal and a misdemeanor.

leave the door open on the refrigerator that way the compressor over heats. it may take a few weeks for this to happen

What you are proposing is a form of fraud. It also would be very difficult to accomplish and would serve no purpose.
