My neighbor has a L shaped lot his house sits next to mine but he ownes a 1 acre field behind my property, my lot is 90X180, he has moved his shed 5 feet behind the rear of my property, it is a eyesore, the shed faces my land. Local zoning states the shed has to be in the rear or side of his land, I'm not sure how to classify that because it is in the front part of the field. He has also built a garage on the 1 acre field and now has started to drive threw my side yard to access it, he drives along his border and mine driving about 1 foot into my land, im starting to get upset because he ran over my childs soccer ball that was on my property, the land has been surveyed and is clearly marked, I have advised him to stop using my land, and i was going to put up tomato stakes and rope off the property border untill i can get a fence.

You can report the shed to the local zoning authority and they will come out to make a ruling on it. If they determine it's a violation, they can force him to move it or demolish it.
As for him driving over your property line, although you can file trespassing charges against him, you would need proof like witnesses or photographs or tire tread comparisons. But the best way to stop it is with a fence. Good thing your property has been surveyed.

Unless your neighbor is in violation of any municipal ordinance for setbacks and the like, you're stuck with the shed. After all, it's HIS land and not yours. You can, of course, prevent him from driving over your land, but you can't prevent his use of his sheds, nor can you insist on removal unless an ordinance was violated.

Unless he has an easement, he has no right to drive over your land without your permission. As for the shed location, you will have to check with your local zoning authority.
