All it takes is a quarter! While laying on your side, take a U.S. quarter dollar coin, (or similar sized coin if in another part of the world/or another country that doesn't use "quarters") and carefully place it on your right or left knee, slowly lowering the opposite knee to decrease the total distance separating the two kneecaps until they touch each other. Wa La!!! Your legs are closed as long as the two kneecaps maintain contact. By doing so, the quarter will stay in its present location until released from the hold.
