I have a period every month, but I don't see the "egg white" consistency that I've read so much about online which is apparently a sign of ovulation. Is it possible to have a regular period but not ovulate?

Most likely, yes. But not necessarily. You can have regular periods without ever releasing an egg, due to a glitch in your system. But, women often don't discover that until they are trying to get pregnant and aren't able to. Plus, some birth control pills prevent the release of an egg, yet women on birth control still have their periods.

It is possible to have a regular period and not ovulate.

Have you considered charting your temps? You know for sure if you ovulate that way.

Also, some ladies never get 'EWCM', are you getting 'watery' CM? Thats also fertile.

Are you checking your cervical position? another way to tell when you are fertile?

good luck
