the Funny movie is good - tell some ghost stories, maybe get a board game too - I like Pirates - so Piratology is good. There's always the classic - bob for apples!

Can you do fortune telling games? This is a traditional time to do that kind of stuff. One is where you peel an apple in one long peel, then toss it behind your shoulder. The peel should form the initial of your true love. You can also crack some walnuts, take out the meats, then put in paper fortunes (kind of like Halloween fortune cookies!) then glue them back together, and have people take a walnut.
If you can get a book about palm-reading, that should be good for a laugh. You should be able to learn the basics before Halloween.
You can also do some 60s dancing to old Halloween music -- stuff like the mashed potato, and the swim.
You could also do some cooking, if your mom says OK. Something like popcorn balls would be easy.
(-: This may be kind of hokey, but a traditional game is to tie powdered donuts to a string, and make people bite them off without touching them with their hands. It's really funny to see people covered with the powdered sugar, and it makes really good photographs.
Another game is "monster drawing." You draw the head of something on the top third of a sheet, then fold it over so you can only see the neck. The next person draws the body, and folds it over so you can only see just a tiny bit of the bottom, and the last person draws the legs. Everyone can be drawing at the same time and passing it around the circle. I did this at a party with people from 8 to 40 years old, and it was fun -- be sure to put the imaginative people next to the conservative people, for a fun mix of drawings. Like a girl in a miniskirt with octopus legs.

Well first i'd suggest a funny movie, but it's rated as a 15.
It's "Scream" don't know whether you've seen it or not, but it's pretty funny. Maybe play dares, spooky dares.. like dare one of your friends to pick up a worm or spider or something daft like that. Tell them to all come halloween prepared & dressed,
give awards out for the "Best Costume" or winner of a game you play. There's lots of things you can do really. When trick or treaters come to your house, open your bedroom window (if at the front of the house) and get one of those voice changer things and speak into the microphone like scary sounds or voices to scare your trick or treaters. Get into pairs or groups (depending how many of there is you) & act out your favourite parts from scary movies like Freddy Cruger or "Halloween" by buying plastic axes or swords and the best Act wins a prize or a few sweeties. Give them all a loot or goody bag at the end full of sweets & halloween novelty gifts, This will give them something to remember on the way home, or if they're sleeping - try stay up as late as possible telling ghost stories in the dark with torches. Whichever Ideas you pick, make sure its a fun and *SAFE* night for all of you. Good luck & i hope i helped. :)

I dont think it's very fait that you cannot watch a movie because of one boy....still if you really want to invite him then fair enough. Why dont you play games too....13 is not to old to play a spooky themed "pictionary" or similar.....it's a very funny game and most people love it.

get into teams of two and have a race to see who can make the best "mummy" out of their partner using toilet paper (set a timer and when the timer goes off the teams must stop.) best mummy wins.
or get those little tiny pumpkins and bottles of water. set the bottles up like bowling pins and use the pumpkins to bowl with. (don't throw them or they'll break, instead set them down and roll them)
good luck
