Um instead of always going to mcdonalds, you could maybe make something at home to bring.Don't forget fruits & all that.Maybe make a home made mcdonalds fruit & yogurt parfait,it will fill you up & be good for you. But when your at mcdonalds get 1 of those chicken wraps the honey mustard ones & get apple dippers & a milk. That should be healthier then getting fries & soda.

I know exactly what you mean!

Gosh it's hard not to eat comfort food! Packing your own food is best, but time consuming. But bringing healthy snacks may be a good way to get through hungry times. (fruit, nuts, Kashi bars). If you have to go fast food, get a grilled chicken sandwhich - you could even throw away the bun. McDonalds has a GREAT grilled Asian Chicken salad. Also get milk instead of coke.
--Good luck

You can do alright at McD's if you get creative.
Meal - Grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard, apple dippers, either a side salad and/or yogurt and iced tea.

I ate that at lunch time every day while on the road as part of a low-fat gallbladder diet. It wasn't bad.

What is pathmark? Haha, never heard of it before.

If there is a gas station nearby, you could always opt for a salad, or sometimes they make decently healthy sandwich options. Often times, they carry the fat-free, or reduced fat chips as well.

Can't you bring something from home like a tortilla with cheese, veggies and turkey? You can bring fruit, and granola bars, crackers, cheese, sometimes a few cookies, stuff like that. =)
