I understand I was embarrassed to tell my mom I needed a bra but there know other way just take her in private and casually ask if you and her could go to mall to buy you a bra. She had a first bra once to...I'm sure she will understand.

Seventh grade??? I was practically forced to start wearing one when I was in 4th grade. Definitely ask your mom. It may be embarassing, but she's probably equally embarassed to bring it up herself. And a minute or two of embarassment is a lot better than the long term embarassment of having your breasts dangling about and nipples showing through your shirt. Also, if you go too long without a support garment then you'll get stretch marks, and it really isn't healthy for your breasts. I bet it hurts or at least feels uncomfortable to run or jump or anything like that without one. You need to ask your mom. If you can't do it face to face, write her a note, or an e-mail or something, and tell her that you were embarassed to bring it up face to face. Who knows. Might even bring you guys closer

If you aren't close to your mom because you don't live with her, it might be easier for you to ask a close girlfriend and her mom to shop with you. If you go to a nice department store, even to WalMart, you can ask a saleslady to help you. First you want to be prepared though. Get a cloth type tape measure (you can find them in little sewing kits at a dollar store) and measure your rib cage around just below your breasts. Make a note of that number of inches (that is your size). Then measure around the fullest part of your bosom. Make a note of that measurement. It may be an inch or two or three more than your rib-cage measurement. The number of inches of difference will be the cup size - A, B, C, etc...
Then when you go in the store, look for bras with the size of the rib cage measurement for inches, and then for the cup size that looks appropriate. Take a variety of sizes into the trial booth, and try them on. Find the size that feels comfortable and gives you good support. Good luck!
If you live with your mom, it might be good to get a clothing catalog and look at it casually when she is nearby, and ask her at what age she started to wear a bra? or what does she think of this kind of bra for a first bra? or something like that. Maybe she is denying to herself that her little girl is growing up so fast...

that's a no longer uncomplicated one, in simple terms could be start up speaking sooner or later approximately you wanting some razors because of the fact your pits have become too bushy lower back. in simple terms make it appear as if your shave already, make her experience gentle. Then communicate approximately going bra procuring at the same time. She is your chum and you're able to't be propose, so in simple terms make plans together with her to bypass procuring, if she would not have any money you need to lend her some? yet in addition undergo in strategies she is 11, and she or he has a mom to respond to to. could be mom won't permit her positioned on a bra, or shave yet. you're able to communicate together with her and discover out what the deal is. Then in case you relatively had to be a solid chum you need to talk to her mom for her, and say the different ladies are speaking approximately her, and she or he relatively desires to shave and positioned on a bra... there are various issues you need to do to be efficient, do exactly no longer connect in while human beings communicate approximately her, get up for her. Be a solid chum:)

Instead of asking for a bra, you could ask her what type of bra she thinks is best. Then she'll be thinking about bras in general and it might all click in her head that you are talking about you.
My girls are 4th and 5th grade and I know all of their friends have bras. I also know that if my 5th grader asked me about bras or tampons or deoderant, I'd want to educate her, not feel weird about it. That is a mom's job!
