Yah, its called the Mac OSx86 project.

Get a copy of JaS rip or uphuck

I recommend uphuck 10.4.9 (from torrent)

uphuck wrote a patch for AMD64 architecture and includes a bucnh of common drivers but it may or may not support all your components so you might need to go searching for drivers or modifying the kernel post installation. It might be better to check compatibility before you install.

Of course for it to be legal, buy an original OS X tiger for $130.

To get the torrent, you can google the word uphuck and torrent.

I also recommend getting a Linux distro as well because of the Grub Menu (OS selector in the Master Boot Record). It will let you easily select which OS you want at boot time. Ubuntu Linux needs only about 6 Gigs. Get Kubuntu because is support LinuxMCE which is sweet.

You DON'T but you CAN install Vista on a Mac via Bootcamp or VMWare
You can install it on Vista via the x86 project although that would probably defeat the purpose of making OS X easy to use.

You can't. There's software like winblinds that let you skin windows to make it look like a Mac OS X.

Perhaps if you had a look at Virtual PC 2007? you can download it from microsoft's download section on their website. I only know of it because someone suggested for me to use it for Ubuntu instead of partioning my HDD and using it like that. (I don't want to use it though, and i still havn't got ubuntu to work with my wireless card!)
