Webster's New World Pocket Vocabulary book is pretty good. You'll want more books, but you can't carry big books all over the place, so this small pocket book might be good;) Here's a picture.

well SAT got its own recommended books but the best way to ibcrease your vocabulary, my tteacher told me was that i should read the editorials in the paper (any) and then summarise them, it really helps coz i got an 'a' in o level english when i appeared and still its good...try that surely helps

Well like hey, I saw this one, ya know, like really cool one. Yeah, it was like all thick and had like a shinny cover like, ya know, a real book like. Anyway I been using it to sorta fix the way I kinda don't talk right ya know. It's like at the Valley store, like where they sell books and stuff ya read.
