I once dated this guy who I always had to initiate the sexual part of our relationship. HE would tell Me he was too tired, or too busy. I tried prancing around the house naked, tried sexy lingerie, cooking naked, cleaning naked, washing the car with a bikini on. And after all that, he rarely was aroused. He is only 35, definitely not too old to feel the passion. And it wasn't impotence, because we did have sex, just very rarely. My friends think he might be homosexual, but is still in conflict with himself over it. Could that be?

Possibly gay or asexual, but sometimes there could be other factors that hinder sex drive.

There are many possibilities. He could have had a low sex drive. Or you could have not been "hot" for him but he was not brave enough to tell you - again you don't tell whether the times you sex it was had good (the one to die for). Or he could been confused (or in denial) about his sexuality.

Maybe if you are still on talking terms with him, you could ask him from those three possibilities. Tell him that you'd really like to know as that could help both of you in your current and future relationships. But NEVER judge him or make him feel that he was the one failing. It was a relationship between the two of you, and you should genuinely make him feel that you don’t blame him for what happened in that respect. I know it could be very difficult if you believe that he was to be blamed and you normally stand strong on your convictions, but there are many ways to put your mind at rest – including bending backwards a little.

It's possible. But he could also just have a low sex drive. It's a myth that all men are automatically ready for sex all the time - some guys just aren't that horny. Or maybe he had other things occupying his mind. Or possibly he just had different tastes, or was mildly sexually shy/repressed, and was intimidated by overt stuff like naked cooking.

He may just have a low sex drive or low testosterone .
Looks aren't the only thing to consider. he may not like the way you feel or do things.
His mum could have told him weird things when he was very young.
He could feel insufficient in the area.

I had some girlfriends that weren't so hot in bed . and I think the sex drive suffered.

I'd say it probably does mean he's gay.

Because it seems like if he was straight and you werent his type, why would he date you in the first place?

I agree with CAS why does it always have to indicate in a negative way gay???
Perhaps his overly hot gf isnt all that hot to him anymore if ever, there are many reasons.
