Too late to get insurance?
Might as well try anything you can b4 getting a brand new one.
I would take the battery out and any other extremities that you can without completly taking the phone appart and set them on a towel. Use a blowdryer on low and sweep back and forth over all the parts. I wouldnt try to opperate the phone until given time to dry. Try to keep the phone off until then.
If you still have no luck, look into getting a used phone if strapped for cash. Sometimes the cell store will have them or check on ebay. Just make sure it is compadible with your celll phone company.
BEST OF LUCK!

take the battery off. Then put the phone and battery in to a jar of rice to absorb the water. Wait a few days at the very least before even thinking of taking it out. Afterwards attach the battery and see if it works. If your screen is still foggy that should eventually clear up. If it doesn't work 9/10 chances it is the battery. So look up a new battery on ebay because i can guarantee buying one from a local retailer will cost you a lot.

Open the battery compartment, remove the battery and SIM card, allowing the phone a full week to air dry. DO NOT expose the phone to the sun or cold.
Next step would be to let the unit fully recharge a couple of hours. If you don't see the charge indicator light, it's a safe assumption your phone is shot and likely will need to be replaced. Hope you got phone insurance.
If the phone does not turn on, that should confirm you'll need to replace it. Disclosing how it "fried up" is ill advised.

the rizr z3 is unquestionably a notably solid decision. another decision from tmobile may be the nokia 5300 and because that's a daughter no longer a son i might propose the lilac version. it has the right comparable valuable aspects in spite of the indisputable fact that it has an FM radio and it comes with a unfastened headset and one million GB micro SD card. the music is a lot more desirable and that's between the suitable music telephones available. I even have the black one and precise now tmobile has it for unfastened! i think that's an exceedingly solid deal for an exceedingly solid cellular telephone!

I sell cell phones. Remove the battery ASAP! Then put the rest of the phone in the fridge for a couple of days. that will safely dry it out without the risk of heat damage on top of everything else. That will dry the phone itself out but you'll probably have to get a new battery. they tend to expand and pop when they get wet. if the battery will spin easily when you put it on its side you definitely need a new one.

Ive heard this works and it may sound outrageous but put it in the oven at the lowest possible heat level. The dry heat will evaporate the water vapor in the phone. If you aren't that brave stick it on top of your water heater and that too should help to dry it out.
