before i was able to burn cds on my computer but around three months ago i cant?

i would download music and then i would make cds but now i go to my playlist and it wont let me what is wrong and how can i fix it please help

What operating system are you using?

If you're using Windows XP or Windows Vista, check the error logs with the Event Viewer. When something goes wrong, the Event Viewer can be used to see whether Windows generated an entry in the logs about that error.
