I'm going to Florida and I'm not too sure about Disney World. Is it that good? Is Florida that good in general? It seems commercial and cheap but I'm only hitching along with someone else so I don't have much choice.

There is definitly something for everyone at Disney World. Depends on your attitude, there is a lot directed at the younger kids at the Magic Kingdom but I am 28, have been there 3 times in the last 7 years and love every minute I spend at any of the parks. Florida is that great! There are a million things to do there besides the parks! Do some internet research before you go!!! If you don't think you would like the stuff directed at the younger people, try Epcot and MGM studios. Even though most adults enjoy the other parks as well. Epcot is really a great fun learning experience! So Cooool!!! MGM has the great rides! Definitly do Rockin Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror and Star Tours!!!

Disney World is great for everyone! Anyone who says its just for kids doesn't know what they are missing. I have been going to that place since I was 3 and now that I am 26 I still go every chance I get. Its like an alter world seriously. Once you go you feel all happy and like a child. I plan on going to Disney World as long as I am alive. There is nothing in the whole world that even comes close to the Magic. Walt Disney is truly a genius.

Yes. Disney World is great. Florida is great, I moved here from New York over a year ago. There are plenty of things to do at Disney World: Magic Kingdom has lots of nostalgic rides, like Pirates of the Carribean and It's A Small World. Epcot has some awesome rides like Mission: Space, Test Track, and Soarin', as well as some killer shopping in World Showcase. Animal Kingdom has a great rollercoaster called Expedition: Everest and a cool simulator called Dinosaur!. And Disney-MGM has Rock N Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror, which is a kind of free fall ride.

Check out disneyworld.com, allearsnet.com, and wdwmagic.com for info on rides and restaurants. Disney is anything but cheap - my brother was 21 when he first went, and thought it was going to be totally cheesey and lame, but ended up absolutely loving it. Give it a chance, it's what you make of it.

It is so much fun! I love Disney World and I'm older than you are. It is so relaxing, and there's stuff for you to do like the Aerosmith rollercoaster, and Tower of Terror (MGM)...In Epct, there's Space, Test Track, Soarin', Animal Kingdom: Safari, Kali River Rapids, Mount Everest, and Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain. These are all very popular, and there's also the water parks, and Downtown Disney is fun. Just relax, I'm sure you'll have an awesome time

You'd enjoy Disney World if you were even 77. It's awesome. It depends on what type of weather you like, but for the most part Florida is beautiful.

Disney land is the BEST! Make sure you go to the underwater sub ride and the safari adventure, it looks like you're really in Africa! you see lions and elephants and you're right next to them! those were the coolest things...oh yeah and the tram that goes all around the park is really cool too, it looks really futuristic...the rides aren't as fast or scary as 6 flags or knotts berry farm but still good...have fun! I'm jealous!

There are a lot of kiddy rides you'll probably want to skip. Contrary to mythology, there are a couple of really wild rides at Disneyworld. The wildest rides there are: Everest, Aerosmith Rock N Roller Coaster, and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. I'd also recommend Space Mountain. Personally, I even like the kiddy rides.

I'm 22 and my sisters and I (ages 21 and 14) go to Disney at least once a year. We love it there.
