The old tiger I have had for sometime must be
tired of chasing the cubs.
I would like to try a kitten but
there is always the chance of getting scratch up.
The CAT in this house is more like
a D6 bulldozer, than something that can kill a rat.

Cats are good for catching rats and that's about it. Dogs, on the other hand, work with people to help the blind, let people know when a seizure is coming on,keep you warm at night, be your friend when everyone else has deserted you, don't care what kind of car you drive, will protect you, will play with you, make you laugh, and all you have to do is feed them and clean their slobber off the floor. Ha!
