I'm a good tipper but not big, depends on the type of service. My son was a waiter and I know they work their butts off.

I go above the 20% when the service is excellent. But I always leave some amount, it is not only the wait staff that shares the tips.

I appreciate good service and always tip well for it, I've left tips before for a meal that were large than the bill!!

as a server, I always tip huge for good service because I know how great it is to recieve a tip like that.
