It's a power trip -- Bush considers himself above the law -- and has stated as much on many occasions. To that end, those in his regime are allowed to break the law, at his whim.
He's the Decider -- what we called a dictator when everyone else did it.
And for those who can't seem to wrap their heads around simple facts -- Bush has violated at least 18 USC 1001 (refusal to provide documents to Congress), 2 USC 192 (contempt of Congress), 18 USC 2441 (federal war crimes, confirmed by US Supreme Court), 18 USC 2511 (warrantless wiretapping), 50 USC 720x (FISA) -- at least. Those are what he's admitted breaking.

JohnnyD wants example.
First pull your head off the ground and you will see ample examples.
1. Invading a sovreign nation on Zionist lies grounds.
2. Invading American freedom with the shameful "Patriot Act".
3. Exposing an Ameican Agent while on duty.
4. Robbing the sicial security and the Children fonds to fund
Destruction and killings elswhere.
5. Tunnelling "illegaly" US Tax moneys to rogues oppressing
regimes namely Israel, Israel, Pakistan to name a few.
As I said, open up your mind and you will more.
"Nation of Laws", is a myth, This nation is built on "Illegal grounds" of race cleansing reducing the Native Indians into an extinct race.
I like the notion that's this country invented : "Laws are made to be Broken" a true nature of the spirit of Lawlessness .
As an epilogue to the reason why America is a Lawlessness entity, you have to start from the early migration of the Whitman to the recent take over of this country affairs by AIPAC/Israel, the entity that NEVER bent to any International law or treaty.
So in essence you don't just have Bush and his circle of immorals that are breaking local and international laws for the sake of a so called "National security", you have 250 million American agreeing of this historic immoral atrocity .
Why is The Current Zionist Neocon admin breaking the laws?
The same reason Nazi Germany, Nazi Israel . Nazi Pinochet. Attila the Huns broke every norm of humanity and legality to suit and fulfill their immoral existence, that's why!

Who would list laws broken-seriously the secret service would be at your house in a heartbeat :-)
Cheney would be like Jannie with a gun
WHy do you say Bush admin enjoy breaking the law? Well there are blue collar folks do it for food or because of their environment; white collar folks do it because they know that no one will force them to reap the consequences of their actions.

'laws - he don't need no stinkin' laws'.....he be KING GEORGE the POMPOUS. Laws are for common, little people, not those of his high status.....If he ignores them, they don't exist, he imagines things and 'poof' they become real (sorta like his military service). So, if he ignores the Constitution, he doesn't have to govern by it.

Consider the phrase, "All men are created equal."
The Bush Administration believes that "Some people are more equal than others." (reference to "Animal Farm by George Orwell)
Disregarding Constitutional rights, concerning search and seizure laws, privacy laws and Habeus Corpus are proof that the Bush Administration is above being subjected to the constraints of the laws.

One person you ask is Roland Arnell....huge bush donor. He is the founder of Long Beach Mortgage - now defunct....and founder of Ameriquest (the official lender of baseball, football, basketball, etc {bushit}) and Argent (wholesale channel). People on the inside of Argent have told me about the institutionalized fraud the were told to perform.....removing documents that supported income too low to qualify, exaggerating income on stated income, removing documents suggesting borrowers were illegals, etc. It was coming from management at Argent, is what I have been told by former employees.
Edit: to the thumbs down people. Look if numerous former Ameriquest and Argent employees have told me about the institutionalized fraud going on at the company....people I didn't know that well.....how many other people do you think they have told? There were thousands of employees...yet....the FBI hasn't put Arnell behind bars yet...isn't that odd?

Gotta love it. People ask for examples and we get the same crap spewed our way. Accusations without proof or evidence.
You people have invalidated yourselves. You've proven you cannot think rationally. That's incredibly sad. Seems to be widespread in liberal circles these days.
No wonder Fox News ratings keep going up. No wonder Rush Limbaugh's audience keeps getting bigger. That has got to just piss you people off.
