There are no underrated and overrated, there are just good and bad. Those that claim some rappers are underrated, are so for key reasons. Those that are overrated (50cent comes to mind) have just found a formula, and the weak minded have bought into it leading to that particular rapper to sell millions and gain massive popularity. As to say Tupac is overrated is a insult, he is definitely among the top five hip-hop artist ever, and if anything, more people should know about him and more should listen to his stuff!

Most underrated has got to be Nas and The Game everyone talks about swagger but I'd rather have gangstaism the Game is straight fearless and you could feel it in his rhymes and Nas is sick as long as he stays as Nasty Nas
Overrated TI he has good beats but his lyrics suck if you actually listen to them

overvalued must be Wayne. the certainty that he has any followers in any respect amazes me. Underrated i might provide to Sticky fingaz. He bodies each and every little thing he touches and no-one ever mentions him.

id have to say as far as lyricism and freestyling, typical cats or one.be.lo are underrated. any one of them would lyrically murder lil wayne on a freestyle.

LUPE FIASCO IS THE MOST UNDERRATER RAPPER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my man speaks the truth and talks about real stuff instead of money, drugs, cars, and hoes and he gets no where because of that. its sooo unfair because hes sooo talented!!!!!
