Really, an aging, 180 pound, biological creature made mostly of water and proteins,
or a 40,000 pound, nearly immortal, hyper-intelligent, energon powered, advanced technology, alien battle machine hardened against any assault less destructive than a blockbuster HE bomb?
Good ol' Chuckie would be lucky to last long enough to get within SIGHT of Optimus, especially with any significant weapons or tools.
Maybe an ARMY of Chucks, in a fully armored marine battle group with satellite guided air support, ground to ground cruise missile emplacements, and tactical nukes.
