Given any agenda, I struggle to approach it in an uncluttered way. I do not have an eye for detail and therefore only when I am going along with the agenda, do I get to understand the details. So in the beginning, since everything appears so abstract / vague to me, I cannot plan, estimate and prepare for whatever is coming up.

Therefore I am always unsure of most of the things I am doing.

I also feel clutter-minded often. Some people are just like that. I know people who are worse than I am. To help clear your mind, you should take time to relax each day. Meditation would be extremely helpful, but it would probably be difficult for you to do at first. I've found that taking naps during the day will give me a fresh start. This, however; is only temporary relief.

I suppose there are therapists you could see to help you with this, if it bothers you. I don't know of any cures for "clutter-mindedness" other than reprogramming your brain through training.

On the bright side, you're probably good with logic even though it may take a little longer to sort it out. Go play some chess or something!

Hope anything I said helped in even the slightest way (I tried),
Rich

don't go for pills unless it absolutely does not let you function. If you can do your daily tasks then you need not to worry about pills, please! well, seeing as you have problems with planning, your frontal cortex is probably slightly deficient.
