Ladies, I know this sounds crazy, but I want a lower sex drive. My sex drive compared to my boyfriends is out of control. I can do it a few times a week, but him? Not so much. We haven't had sex in a month, and this has become the typical routine. Sex once every 4 or 5 weeks.
Generally after one session I'm set for a few days, but then I want it again, and when I don't get it I want it ALL the time. I hate having to try all the time, and I'm usually met with a "no." But my boyfriend means more to me than sex, so I want to know how I can lower my sex drive?

Self-control has nothing to do with it. I don't act on half of these impulses. Someone who has an eating problem can want to eat ALL the time, it's when they always cave in that they need self-control. If anything, I'm demonstrating self-control, and I'm trying to eliminate that basis of the problem.
