I know they do for pregancies and mites... but my rabbits is maybe 5 to 6 months and lives in doors, is not around any other rabbits and today i came home to find a clump of her hair (yes female) in her cage. Can she have fleas? I do have a dog. I also have two rats. Is it also possible she suspects my male dog to be a male rabbit? she does play with him and circle him, could it be she thinks they are mates?

She is probably having a false pregnancy, especially if she hasn't been fixed. It's a hormonal thing, and not really anything to worry about. It shouldn't last more than a few days. I have rabbits who have had false pregnancies when they were a few years old and had never been bred. Sometimes it's caused by weather changes. It's probably just her hormones.

Female rabbits usually do this when they're pregnant, or having a phantom pregnancy. They pull their fur out, usually from their 'dewlap' (below their chin) and make a nest with it for their expected young.

No, I doubt she thinks your dog is a rabbit. This fur-pulling should cease once she's got over the phantom pregnancy, but you might want to see a vet about getting her spayed.

Well it might be grooming itself. My rabbit does this too. But his is a male. Sometimes it is just that its skin feels itchy. It might also be that it need to unsharpen its teeth, if that's the case, you better give it something to chew but not to sallow.
