I think anyone can do better than George Bush. I think the majority of the people do not approve of his decisions. I am not a Guiliani supporter but do not feel he would be a worse president than Bush. I support Hillary, and what evidence do you cite that she is a less honest version of Bush?

We dont know that Guliani is worse than the worst president we ever had in the history of the United States. I actually think out of all the superstitious blockhead republicans running, he is the most sensible. I dont see Clinton as being dishonest. Both Guliani and Clinton is a ray of hope for this country. I dont think this country can take an additional 4 years of a disasterous president like Bush.

Let me guess what side of the political spectrum you lean to...?
Approval ratings mean very little for a second term president. The guy basically has no reason to suck up to the public, and will do what he thinks is right, whether it is unpopular or not. Also, I don't think anyone is really happy with their leaders right now. Congress as at like 11% approval, and all they've done this year is essentially say that they're going to impeach Bush "once we get a few more votes."

As the above statement makes clear, political bigotry seems to be the last bastion of prejudice in our country.
Name calling, spreading false rumors, treating our representatives as guilty until proved innocent.
Is this you, folks?
We get for President whomever our ethics allow us to pick. If we have no ethics, we get Presidents with no ethics, because we don't want ethics. It reminds us of what we lack. Same with most such choices. We don't marry people who are really that much better than we are. We don't make friends with people who have higher standards than we do.
Sedition and cheap shots are easy. Real political dialog is what actually runs the country. Most of our representatives couldn't care less about nonsense like the playground tactics used by people who claim refuge in either party (and outside the two parties).
Time for patriots, on both sides, to start speaking up against it.

AND YOUR WONDERFUL DEMOCRAT CONGRESS WITH APPROX A 12 % APPROVAL - THEY REALLY IMPRESS ME!
Imperialism is the forceful extension of a nation's authority by territorial conquest establishing economic and political domination of other nations that are not its own colonies.
HOW DOES THAT APPLY TO GUILLIANI?

Yes, he's an "imperialist" but you can't point out where the American empire is that he rules.
He's a "war criminal" and yet you can point out a single war crime he's guilty of.
Could it possibly be that you're a mindless, liberal sheep?
