Yes, it really messed everything up too.
I didn't feel comfortable around her anymore, and I couldn't look her in the eye. It felt good at the time for both of us, but it ruined our whole friendship and it was never the same again. I wish I could have taken it all back, but it was too late. She had feelings for me, but I thought it was just fun sex. It really upset her and we stop calling each other as friends to do things. I felt guilt after and I didn't think I would. That was around 20 years ago and we haven't talked since.
