Logically speaking, the options you put before me are NOT mutually exclusive. :-)

Both together - I his wife would eat with my spouse – the king - from his table and this for the last time. I would put in his gold beaker of wine poison at the favorable time, when he would glance at… and would become even more absent-minded. Why? Through that marriage my inner-true love would fade over the years till its own extinguishment.

There is only 1 King ; King of the Jews ; You are poisoning him by Not Eating from his table, Which is The Word -- The Bread of Life.

Titus 3:9
But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

If I were the Queen, I would gladly eat from his table. But, If I were his slave I would have no reason to be loyal to him. I would not stop myself from serving his meal laced with poison.

He should have been more willing to share. (I assume this King is greedy and unjust or poison might not be one of the options.)

Don't be a back stabber. If you think you dont like someone, don't pretend.

Why should you eat with the kings if you're planning to poison him?

Play fair...!

unless he's horribly controlling and absolutley has to be poisoned (in whatever way of life), i'd rid of him, and not just move away for the sake of other people

if he's tolerable, however, i would eat from his table. I'd enjoy close to what he has yet without the public influence and judgement

I am happy in my own humble world and have no desire to mingle with the kings. They would make me sooo nervous with their grandeur.

I've poisoned many a rat and if the King is a rat I have no qualms...

If he was a wise king I'd gladly eat from his table and learn what I could from this king.

If he was a foolish king I'd gladly eat from his table and learn what I could from this king.

If he was a wise fool of a king, I'd bring him a gift of spirits and let him get drunk and entertain me.

I know I would not poison him.
I would hope I knew Him well enough to eat with Him.
That would be such an honor.
