Certainly not, on the contrary knowledge create the power and freedom and you can not attain them without it. knowledge give us the freedom and, the freedom give us the power. Knowledge is the basis of everything, it is the basis of life. The egyptian thinker "Taha Hussein" had said {Knowledge like the air and water}

That depends of the kind of freedom that we want.
An animal living in the forest or a eagle in the sky is probably more free than any human alive in this planet.
The knowledge is in many ways the principal reason to unhappiness and power can be attained with a simplistic mind. Yes we create a world that is full of contradiction.
I love the movie " Being there". The idea of what is a knowledge person as presented in the movie is very interesting.

As a being unable to use or know knowledge, yes, as that being having the power and freedom that it does. Power supplies two kinds of freedom, the freedom-from and the freedom-to. The freedom-from is the negative external (outside for self), the freedom-to for the negative internal (inside for self).
The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Knowledge of what,and what kind.If you had none,wouldn't you be kinda stupid.It depends on how you mean that,you have to have some kind of knowledge to attain power,and freedom,there is no way around it!If,you mean very little,sure,that's possible.
