I just watched the movie Across The Universe and now I feel inspired. I already wanted to make a diference in the world but now I really want to. Does anyone else ever feel this way, like they want to change the world just from the kindness of their heart?

Not that kind of difference. I want to take away the images of the world. I want to remove the label of beauty, stop wars, create world peace, I want the world to be at rest, for the world and everyone and everything in it to be happy without having to worry about what they look like or what people say about them, I want to remove every label that has been set on this earth. I want to help the people of the world and I want everyone to befriend everyone. I'm a dreamer and a believer, what are you?

Not really, no. I think this place is fine. Sure, it has a few faults, but so what?

I think many do but they think they can not make a difference so they give up. The degree that you make a difference can mean different things and be achieved in different ways by different people. For Bill Gates, it is giving away the billions of dollars he gives away each year but for someone else it may be just recycling things instead of simply tossing them in the garbage and trying to be kind to everyone.
I didn't see that movie - yet - but if you haven't seen it get a copy of "pay it forward" and you will love that as well, and it does tie in with changing the world

I am (and prefer to be called) a MOVER AND SHAKER.
What I do to inspire these changes is Substitute Teach.
The "difference" I enstill in each class is the inspiration to make these changes.
Yes, my "Real life" job is Business marketing, I use my outside-the-box reasoning to connect a few of my business colleagues' ideas into the classrooms.
My students each time appreciate my "alternate methods" of eplaining each lesson.

Yes,I do but wouldn`t even know where to start except to start to show kindness to a neighbor and that might get the ball rolling! You have to start somewhere.
