What they want you to do here is isolate y, z and x, expressing them in terms of the other variables.

ay/x = cz
ay = czx (Multiplying both sides by x)
y = czx/a (Dividing both sides by a to isolate y)

Solved for y.

ay/x = cz
cz = ay/x (Can also be written like this)
z = ay/cx (Dividing both sides by c to isolate z)

Solved for z.

ay/x = cz
1/x = cz/ay (Dividing both sides by ay to isolate x)
x = ay/cz (Taking reciprocal of both sides)

Solved for x

To sum up the answer:

y = czx/a
z = ay/cx
x = ay/cz

.... very simple... just solve for them, so I really do not know what your question is on this question. so you need help with strategies or something. all you have to do is get the variable y by itself for the first one, the variable z by itself for the second one and the variable x by itself for the third one.

i.e.
if you have a/y = z

and you want to solve for y then you would multiply both sides by y and get

a = zy

then divide both sides by z and you get

y = a/z

which is the answer to my example problem.

Multiply both sides by x (to get y alone). Now it's: ay = czx. Divide both sides by a, this is the answer: y = czx/a.

This one's easier, divide both sides by c. It would be ay/xc = z.

Multiply both sides by ay. x = czay.

ay/x = cz

Find y

ay/x = cz

Multiply both sides by x/a to eliminate a/x from the first side
(MPE)

x/a ( ay/x = cz ) x/a

y = cxz/a
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Find z

Divide both sides by c (DPE) or simply transpose c to the other side

ay/cx = cz/c
ay/xz = z or z = ay/xz

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To find x

Transpose ay to the other side

1/x = cz/ay

Get reciprocal of 1/x

x^-1 = cz/ay

Transpose negative exponent

x = -1 root of cz/ay

I'm doubt of my answer in the variable x. ; )

y = (c * z * x) / a
z = (a * y) / (x * c)
x = (a * y) / (c * z)

also,
a = (c * z * x) / y
c = (a * y) / (x * z)
